Sovereign Developers - Complaints

As an online business standpoint, the most worrying part is losing a potential customer because of the criticisms that were found when searching the company’s name on Google or any other search engine.

These days, what you are, is defined by what comes up when someone Googles you. Online businesses are losing thousands of money every now & then, due to negative feedbacks and complaints available online, in various forums. The irony is that many of these complaints might be fake, invalid, posted by rancorous former employees, generated by a rival or a competitor etc. Whatever the case is, any kind of complaint will lead to a negative impact on the business. Added to that, the search engines' tendency to prioritize complaints over positive feedback and you would get to know perfectly as to how quickly one can lose business.

A few complaints may be well justified. However, this holds true for any business; even Google and Microsoft have long lists of allegedly genuine complaints. Despite whether a complaint is from a forum, a news site or a competitor; the results can be devastating.

At Sovereign Developers we have seen our own share of complaints, and have tried various ways of dealing with them. Most complaints are fake, but that didn't stop us from ranking right at the top of the search listing. When we first encountered this situation face-to-face, we initially chose to pay no attention to it. However, we soon realized the far-reaching consequences of these complaints, with regards to the loss of clients (both prospective and existing). We implemented a immediate approach towards managing complaints about Sovereign Developers but recognized that this was not working in our support, and that our online reputation was at risk.

We understand the significance of a positive reputation, and the pain from the outcome of a negative reputation. So, before you believe any of that, we HIGHLY suggest you to watch the videos and read the reviews of our existing and satisfied customers and then make a decision for yourself.
